So far today things are looking quite promising although it's still very early for me. I've only had seven clicks so far today but my CPC has actually been rising and is now at 40p, I like that a lot.

June was good. Highest RPM in awhile. Minimal clawback for the month. Today looks good, too. Surprising since July 4th week is usually not a good time for me. Starting to test ezoic to see what it does.

Let the games begin :) Yesterday was good. Today is off to a slow start. The 4th of July is Wednesday. Not sure what the impact will be.

June was bad for me... not the worst I've ever had, but not far from it.
But so far, July is TERRIBLE! Clicks are up by 16%, but CPC is down by 32%. July 1 was the lowest day I've had this year, and July 2 was the 6th lowest day I've had this year.

Traffic is good today (July 3) but RPM has dropped off a cliff. It looks like the users are still there but the ad buyers all left on vacation.

Absolutely dreadful in the last couple of days. In fact, yesterday's earnings didn't even reach £3, diabolical. However, since most of my traffic does come from the US I can rest assured that I'm not the only person in the boat.

Traffic has been great this month but CPC is very low. I usually find early in the month low but a lot this time. UK based with 95% UK visitors. CPC of 15p

It won't help that the July 4th holiday is on a Wednesday this year, meaning US workers are more inclined to take the whole week off instead of just making it a long holiday weekend.

Page RPM was down in June, now down even further in July Page RPM is down over 40% versus the same time period (June/July) from last year - am wondering if switching to contextual only ads for EU visitors could be the problem? I have a blog focused on UK shares/stock market and get 85% of visitors from the UK Anyone think media.net could be worth a try? I'm running out of ideas with Adsense :( Any help would be much appreciated Thanks Rob

@Robbo I've been using media.net for about three years and started off reasonably okay. Not as good as AdSense but I was probably guessing about £120 each month. I have thinned out the adverts I show and I really only have the main one at the bottom of each article with a couple amongst articles, but that's about all. The last couple of months I made about £40. They only pay when you reach $100 so had to wait a couple of months for payments to come through. But it's certainly worth trying if you want to supplement your AdSense earnings. However, I have found that my media earnings seem to follow suit with AdSense. In other words, when I get a very bad day on AdSense it also seems to affect media.net. It must be down to the number of people visiting my site.
I have found that the best performing media.net adds is a 600 x 250 unit placed at the bottom of my articles. Basically, it's for something to look at if they reach the end of your page. What I like about media.net is that it seems to follow the niche of your site. People are probably more inclined to click on these type of links if the wording follows your niche.

I'm seeing something strange in the Ad-Review. I reviewed ads this morning, clearing out my entire unreviewed backlog as I do every morning. Now, I just clicked on Ad Review again inadvertently and I had 3X more unreviewed ads in the past 6 hours than I normal get in a 24 hour period. Page views, impression and coverage are all normal. I checked the ad network report and everything appears normal, with a slight uptick in 3rd party impressions, but not enough to explain the surge in ads. Most of the ads appearing are 3rd party ads, mostly Criteo.
Anyone else seeing this?

Tracking at about 20-40% lower CPM's than last month. Traffic relatively stable.

Traffic slightly increased, CTR low and CPC extreme low (4 - 18 cents) so far :( Lowest CPC in June was 23 cents and highest was 4.3$.

emperor2, where is most of your traffic from? Around 12% of my traffic is from Singapore, where you live, and CPC is pretty good, but the majority of my traffic (almost 50%) is from Malaysia and the CPC from your northern neighbour is a joke. Last month my revenue from Singapore exceeded my revenue from Malaysia, but users from Singapore only accounted for 12.78% of my total users, whereas Malaysia accounted for 48.30%. It makes a big difference where your clicks are coming from. Ironside regularly posts that most of his traffic is from the US and he gets anything between 30p and 40p per click. It is nowhere near that amount if most of your traffic (and clicks) is from somewhere like Malaysia. When I get clicks from Sweden and Australia they tend to be very good, but unfortunately I don't get many visitors from those countries. My main niche is something that appeals mainly to Malaysians and Singaporeans, but because of the population difference (over 31 million vs less than 6 million) most of my site visitors come from Malaysia.

Most of the visitors are from India, US, UK, Philippines and Taiwan. CPC rank order: US, UK, Canada, Sweden and India (more clicks from India, average is ok). Visitors from Australia, Italy, France, Germany and Taiwan are not high but CPC is good. June surprised me with some clicks above 2.5$ and one click even 4.3$ (from US). Now i know it was compensation for July :)

@DmitrI Google analytics tells me between 1.5 K and 1.7 K average and in my cPanel it's telling me just over 3000 visits yesterday which obviously means it could be the same person coming back

The US is definitely the country to target. I get a few US visitors, but unfortunately not very many.
