2nd Feb I had around 330$ after that max was 120$

January trend continues. Still -50% down from last year while visits remain stable.

@dolcevita now RPM Around 6€ CPC 0.21€, but before this started my RPM avg was 8-9€ CPC 0.37€

In the last two days, revenues went down another 10-15%. Terrible.

The last three days have been horrible for me as well.

This is worse than it was during the pandemic.

I thought things were bad before, but today it went to a new level (worst day in 15 years with Adsense), in general, I’m having one of the worst weeks ever.

You both have excellent RPM and CPC. Probably 2/3 US traffic? So I had something 10 years ago, but now it's mostly half of that RPM about $4-$5 and CPC $17-$20

High RPM around 40 $ are still around for stable niches
Looks like only specific sectors are suffering: shopping, travel, job, IT equipment etc…

I analyzed my situation again a little more. My main problem does not result from the CPC or the RPM. My problem is the fill rate, which has dropped dramatically in the last few months. I generate over 10+ million page impressions per month and these seem to be no longer salable in the current situation. The situation is currently very threatening.

Following a yoyo of RPMs looks like it s consolidating and slightly increasing even for usually low paying sectors targeting OECD countries however

This Monday is the worst I have had for the last 15 years

150k pageviews per days... Today I have ~0.40$ RPM... (Poland, news site). 2 years ago I have around 1-1.5$ RPM. This not look good...

For me, the eCPM is almost 2x since the lowest value, this year, but at the same time, the fillrate is going down, so the total impact is 25% increase in revenue, but a far cry from the summer of 2022.

I meant site RPM. -62.9% worse site RPM than a year ago. CPC dropped from 1.25% to 0.34% due to low ad quality. The ad setup is the same.

the earnings for the whole of february have been pretty lousy in my corner of the internet.
affiliate sales are holding up all right, but the last few weeks with adsense is just rubbish ads, low CTR and very low RPM.
normally it starts picking up towards the end of the month.
i reckon it's a mixture of advertisers spending less, and people tightening their belts with the cost of living crisis and everything going on at the moment.

I don't see things returning to somewhat normal until inflation comes down and the Fed stops raising interest rates. NPR is the latest to lay off 10% of its staff because advertising revenue has fallen so much. People stop spending when they feel uneasy; companies are the same, and advertising is usually the first expense cut.

Worst earnings for a month in over 10 years here.

I have not posted on here in a while. It is the same old, same old. The first thing companies do when times get tough is cut their advertising budget. That is what we are seeing with our disappointing results. I am trying to figure out other sources of revenue.

I don't get it - when I'm up, everyone else appears to be down. And when they're all up, it seems I'm the only one that's down.

Nature of the Adsense Beast I guess. This year looking on par with last year so far - but at least clawback is waaaay down thanks to whatever Adsense implemented on their end last Spring - that's the least I can ask for.
