Earning hasn't moved for me. It's so depressing I lost the incentive of working. Complete sadness.

If nothing else we can all take comfort in the fact that it's s**t for everyone. I've been doing this for 4 years, have 6 sites, over 8M page views per month and I'm currently getting the lowest CPC since I started.
What other ad networks do you all use? Any better than Adsense?

And like magic! I just checked my earnings again and now everything appears to be normal (play twilight zone music!). According to GA, half of all my click today were during the hours of 21 and 22. And it is only 22:30 now (my time)

GlobalRM, I suggest you to try Mediavine. It seems to be the best in town. However, hard to get approval.

The display ad below image/title has got the best CPC today. Is this because I implemented another link ad? How could the link ad increase display ad unit earning though? :/

It's a bid-based system (and an increasingly efficient system for larger advertisers, thanks to automated media buying).

Yeah, today's earnings have hardly got off the ground. Really not sure why. I've still got a good four or five hours of US time to make some money, but is normally better than this at this time of the day in the UK.

Yesterday pennies, today made up for two or three days. I don't even fret over a day or two because dumps are about as common with Adsense as they are for me after my morning coffee.

@Redbar yesterday was probably the worst day in three years. The majority of my traffic comes from the US so it still only 9 o'clock and 10 o'clock Eastern & central time in the US so I doubt whether many people are on the Internet.

I actually put media.net back in place yesterday evening and surveys earnings on media.net exceeded one dollar :-). Hopefully, a full day should see earnings more than this. I realise that a 600 x 250 media.net units located at the bottom of all articles and more in a day than a responsive link unit. So I've left the responsive link unit in place and put the media.net back. Will just have to see how things go.

I am seeing lots of 728x90 banners packed with 8 text links which has caused that ad unit to tank. The text is so small it is barely readable.

728x90 used to be best ad unit. Pack it with tiny text links and it is useless.

@Breeks that's the reason I don't like the mobile ads, they are so small people are just going to overlook them.

Yesterday was smashingly great. However, it's just a dump. I think there should be a disclaimer that reports are accurate with 2, 3 or 4 days. It's not accurate at all in comparison to how reports used to be handled. I can't trust what I'm reading that's for sure.

Yesterday was okay, not as good as 19th July.

Going to try header bidding. But the only problem I faced last time when I used DFP was wrong reporting on AdSense. The RPM was $400, CTR 200%, lol.
