I hope the d@mned "Download Something" ads are gone for good. I tried everything. They just won't stop.

What ever happened to "Targeted Ads"? AdSense USED to be so good at it.
Now, they just deliver a pile of unrelated cr@p.

I sure hope the "Ad Balance" tool dumps some of this stuff.

Still nothing for me, US-based. I emailed support (because of the error msg I was getting when attempting to access it) and got a personalized response back - but it offered no time table as to when it would be up/active for me.

All, per my earlier message, there will be an official communication once this is 100% rolled out. Also, per my note, its a matter of days, or weeks at most until this happens.

Sure it does. That's the nature of a "roll out" as opposed to on or off for the entire world.

Google has many many data centers located all over the world. Most updates of any kind are rolled out. It takes time for this to happen.

A few hours, even a day, nope, I don't buy that excuse ... Crap can happen anywhere in the world now and we know within minutes, even seconds, nearly all "search" engines report that fast, Google being unable to roll-out something smoothly and quickly, nah, I don't buy that corporate speak!

Ok, set up to 100% - 65% for me

It is working for me now. :)

It's back for me now, too, as of Nov 8. It reverted back to 100%, though, so I had to adjust it again.

I went to 74/100 at around 4pm, so it hasn't had a full day to work. But I did see that I had a higher Impression RPM and Page RPM today than the rest of the month, so that's a good sign :-)

It back on for me! It looks like I caught up to everybody else...

Mine came back, so I cranked it down to 88/25% and it dropped itself down to 0.01/0.01%! Cranked it to four different settings since yesterday including 100/100 and same damn result. Smooth move Google. Now even my link units don’t show up with this setting on.

Too soon to make a call on "the new" Ad Balance functionality.
Need another day or two.
I wonder why Evan has this issue, but I suspect if it is widespread, we will soon know right here. As in, today.

I set my Ad Balance this morning and so far it has stayed the way I set it...

I put a help desk in with Adsense. I’ll give whatever updates I get.

“Thanks for reaching out regarding the issue with your ads not being displayed. We have received similar reports from other publishers, and are currently investigating. We will follow up with you as soon as we have more information”
