Page impressions double normal, CTR 50% of normal, earnings right where they should be...

Am I the only one experiencing this today? Did Google change the way they're counting impressions? My server logs don't show a big increase in traffic.

Leave it the way it is. My page views are up and my earnings are up :-)

The issue is now resolved, and you were properly credited for earnings from clicks and impressions during that time.

Oh thank you, Big Google. Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!

It's good to know that those affected have been "properly" credited for earnings. Care to provide some proof? Or do we have to take just your word for it, as always?

I thought I was the only one experiencing this until I saw this post and visited the Inside Adsense.

Got it in one.

I believe it's resolved, and I ended up WAY up revenue-wise (though I never did get those search clicks back, which was odd)

Custom search engines - I forgot about those things. How are they working out for you netmeg? Good I hope.

Work better on some sites than others. Small but steady income this time of year - they do much better for me on sites that are geared to another time of year.

You've simply got to trust Google, that's the deal and it won't change. But this policy on their part will always engender suspicion and distrust, that is human nature and human's awareness of human nature. Only the gullible will have blind faith in any other human.

To me the phrase "just trust us" will always mean "we're gonna screw you" because honest people know that transparency is the only true measure of mutual honesty.
