Well THIS is surprising! Someone's already reporting a PIP! Reminds me of last year when people were talking about how Adsense had to get the payments out before the end of the year and since the checks took the longest it was assumed that they went out first!

i see PIP in my payment history

Every December this happens,We see PIP earlier but actual payment is very late ,usually after 1 Jan (Secure Check option)

PIP in India :-) hope we get the Money for Christmas.

Anyone with Direct Deposit see a PIP yet?

I am assuming that all these reports are for cheques as I do not have PIP in the UK. I am on EFT.

Well from reading these boards from before it is more than likely that we won't be seeing any more news about PIP's during the weekend - although we are all on different time zones - maybe those who get to Monday first can give the rest of us a "heads up!"

Although I must say on a more positive note that at least since we see some people getting Pip-ed - that means that the payment process has begun! :)

For heavens sake don't hold your breath. Only happened once before way back mumble, mumble when.

They totally screwed up the October payment due in late November and over compensated for November due in December. Before EFT days.

I certainly would NOT bet any family heirlooms on the possible outcome.

Since way back then the "bean counters" are in control.

No EFT PIP for me. 27th and 28th are a weekend, so I expect it to go PIP on 29th or 30th in the UK for EFT.

If anyone on this board received a PIP last December, please post the date. It won't be the same this year but at least we'll have a better idea, maybe.

I began with Adsense in December 2004, so no payment for me that month. I was usa EFT in 2006 and 2007,

Payments in the past:
Friday December 23, 2005
Wednesday December 27, 2006
Monday December 24, 2007

In 2006 I got my December "payment in progress" line on the 20th! At that time I was getting my Adsense payment via check and the check did arrive before Christmas!

December 2007 - I got pip-ed on the 24th, didn't actually GET the money until the 26th!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed thought! There is a reason to be hopeful since there have been some who have reported getting pip-ed - even though they are far away and out of the U.S.

No PIP here in Canada. FYI, I received my payment in my account on Dec 27 last year.

Good grief, I went to check this thread out and found my first payment was 10th July, 2003. AdSense was enthusiastic back in those days!

December 2005 it was 23/12/2005.

Anyhoo back to the 2007 year, actually in my bank to spend.

Ah! I forgot. This is where Adsense totally screwed up with exchange rates for Australians and NZ'ers as well as others.

Payment No.1 was in bank 31/12/2007

Payment No.2 was in bank 7th January 2008

Not a good example but do NOT expect any improvement!

I thought we decided in these PIP threads long ago to include whether the payments were paper checks (also known as cheques) or EFT (also known as Electronic Funds Transfer) for the purpose of comparing apples to apples.
