There has been more than a bit of AdSense instability since this past Wednesday.
I would agree with that however what amazes me is their audacity in trying to pretend that nothing is wrong...do they think that we're school children with absolutely no experience nor intelligence?
No offence to kids meant here I can't think of a better description right now for their naivety...I find it frustrating trying to "work" with people who won't tell the truth.
Oh, and down north-east UK.
The Adsense site is down ... again. This is getting weird. Adwords maintenance is not the cause I guess because then the Adsense website itself would not be down. I just cannot access the Adsense website which points to a very serious problem with their infrastructure (but hey, if they can run Google, they can certainly run the Adsense site) or to something malicious (DOS attack maybe?)

When/where was it announced? Thanks.
The Saturday maintenence has been routinely announced for many weeks now, I suspect ASA just forgot this time. But other than the lack of an announcement this week is just like all the others.

I don't doubt that this may be true for some, but I've noticed no instability and have been very attentive to my AdSense account this week.
I thought those only happen occasionally and when they do, they start at 10:00AM (PST).
I do wish I had recorded all these maintenence outages in my diary but they seem to have become a Saturday fixture.
I've just done a search on WebmasterWorld for 'adsense system maintenance' and they have occurred on 23/09/2006, 26/08/2006, 29/07/2006 and 24/06/2006. So I feel the term 'week' is incorrect.
An official comment from ASA would be nice.

A quick overview and you can see they usually start at 10:00AM - that's not what seems to be happening here.

I don't know what time this outage began but I think it's too soon to panic.
