Previously I assumed that the charges would not include GST as I assumed they used an overseas entity to bill (like Google).

But on my credit card statements, it is charged by the following company:
OVERTURE SERVICES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD

And checking this company on the Company Lookup service ([abr.business.gov.au ]) I find that they are registered for GST.

If they are registered for GST, I can claim back the GST. But I need to make sure.

I have sent them several emails with no replies. I have called them and left messages and no one has called back. Does anyone know the answer to my question or have contact details for them?
