I do some advertising that uses adult keywords and landing pages with adult themes on yahoo.

Adcentre does not accept ANY adult advertising at all.

When yahoo merges with adcentre will all these campaigns I've been running for years be dead in the water? Or is msn going to take on certain guidelines from yahoo to keep the ads running?

Sorry, my crystal ball is in the shop! :)

Not enough details known to even speculate at this time.

Well, I'm not involved in adult content but there are a few issues about the changeover that really worry me. I too, have some valuable keywords that earn me good money with YSM but Adcenter will never approve my ads under these keywords. Also, I have serious problems being UK based getting anywhere near the right number of impressions for my US targetted campaigns and I know others who are US based have the same issue with trying to get UK based campaign impressions? Support don't seem to know why the lack of impressions occurs and therefore cannot offer a solution?! All in all, I'm dreading the impact this changeover to Adcenter for all my advertising will have on my business!
