I have been using Search Submit Pro for years and have paid several thousand dollars to Yahoo. Today they send me a notice that my Insertion Order will be canceled effective some date in June and I must sign through Positiontech instead of working directly with Yahoo.

Are they owned by Yahoo? If not, I am not sure what would yahoo gain by pushing an existing customer to a third party (I never called them for any technical help in these years, so they are definitely not spending money on supporting my feeds).
