Difference between “Removed” and “Declined”

Is there any diffrence?

Keyword/Ad status question. What is the difference between “Removed” and “Declined” when both do the same – the keywords or ads become inactive?

effect is the same, it is just a differentiation on why the KW is not active anymore.

Declined - You actually have a shot at editing/changing it to get it active. Maybe ad copy tweak, etc.

Removed - It physically isn't in the account anymore. It gets deleted and doesn't show up in the interface. Basically YSM is telling you to "fo-getabow-it".
