YSM Monthly Spend Requirement?

I'm new to Yahoo Search Marketing (just signed up right now), and have a question about it.
I'm in Canada, and unlike US users, I suffer from the minimum monthly spend requirement. I'm not 100% sure as to how it works: do I have to pay the deposit amount each month, no matter what? I mean, if I have absolutely no running campaign, do I still have to pay them?!

I work for Y! Canada and teh minimum spend is only applicable if you require direct sales service. This is to utilize the direct sales team and account managers. For this service there is a spending minimum of $5K per month.

If you're spending is under that, please feel free to use our online sign up service to which there are no minimum fees.

Thanks for the reply yahoo_cc. Well when I was trying to complete my profile, Yahoo requested that I select a minimum deposit amount. According to the instruction, Yahoo will automatically charge that deposit amount once my balance is low.....
So I don't think there are no minimum fees?
