Does Yahoo offer Site Targeted Campaign like Google?

Does anybody know whether Yahoo facilitates Advertisers to choose Publishing Websites?

Actually Google offers this facility in their “Site Targeted Campaign”. If so Yahoo offers, please help me to proceed.

Yes it does, not sure if you can access it via Panama, our Yahoo account manager help set it up.
