I'm currently having a problem changing the geo-targeting for a campaign in Panama. If I go into geo-targeting the only options I have is to select a country or region with the UK.

This is because the market is set to United Kingdom and Ireland, does anyone know how I can change this so that I can advertise in the US? There are blocked continents in the account admin but North America and Australia are both unchecked.

Any help would be great thanks :)
