I'm tuning a couple of Panama upgraded accounts. Some are equipped with 'Bulk Upload' permission, some are not. For the ones that are not equipped with Bulk Upload, is there any way to load lists of KW/Bid/URLs?

Adwords makes it easy with the 'Edit Keywords' textbox. It was always a disappointment that YSM didn't have a similar feature, and I figured they'd use the Panama opportunity to add it. Was I wrong?
