After months of reduced advertising I finally came back to Yahoo. There are some nice improvements with the new platform. However, as far as customer support and concern for their advertisers there is no change.

I have reported a couple ads that violated YSM's TOS. However, it still takes days, even weeks, for them to be reviewed. I am consistantly fighting a losing battle trying to advertise against other advertisers who cheat. Why does it takes days for someone to look at an ad that is obviously cheating their system and have it taken down? In the meantime, honest advertisers lose out.

The reason I stopped advertising with Yahoo previously was primarily due to my desire to live a longer life. Dealing with Yahoo takes years off my life. One of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. Their lack of consideration for their advertisers is mind boggling.

Perhaps I should stop complaining and just start cheating like everyone else?

Thats funny, i said the same thing about google. Unless your spending 100k a month, you just aren't worth the customer service effort to any of these big giants.
