I have an old Yahoo account that I switched off in despair a while ago but thought I would check it out again.

I switched on my UK account without problems.

I then logged into my separate account for Yahoo in the US and tried to switch it back on. An hour later I gave up and e-mailed Help.

They said it had been " Cancelled" but that they had "Removed the Cancellation" but left the account "Offline" so I could put I back online. Followed their exact instructions to put it back Online and it is just the same, The On/OFF toggle remains greyed out. Grrrrr!

Email then to tell them that hadn't fixed the problem BUT......
My ads are showing on Yahoo.com even though the account is still Cancelled!

Can anyone shed any light on this?
