My Ad appear in the right of the screen and not above of the search results this giving me a CTR or 4%.
My quality score is 3/5
What modifications do i need to do to get that blue position over the search results and not on the right?

it's the top 3 or 4 bids for that term...
I've heard a lot of different stories about "how to get there", (you have to do 100K a month is one of them) but all I've done is bid for the first 3 spots and we end up there....

when you place your bid for "whatever" term..
(example)
say someone bids $1.00 for the term "widget"...
if someone else only wants to bid $0.90 for that term they show under the person that's bidding $1.00...
if somebody else bids $1.10 for that term, they would show up over the person bidding $1.00...
just note that the #1 spot can cost you big bucks (depending upon your niche...)
as an example, we regularly bid areas that cost us $5.00, $10.00, $15.00 a click, and more...
in order to get above someone you have to bid more than they are...

The idea is that there is not competition for that keyword.
I am the only one using it.
My ad appear in the left and bottom of results.
I want it to appear on top of the results ( the blue bar)
