Since Google campaigns are built differently you will stand a better chance of getting the words you want into your campaign rather than pulling your hair out because some of you high CTR words didn't get approved.
Beware of their automated tool that will group your keywords for you! I would recommend setting up & structuring your account on your upload sheet rather than tryin to fix it in the system.
We offer a courtesy upload of up to 1500 keywords for new accounts. Bulk uploading is a feature that is only usually available to gold tier clients and above. However, we would be more than happy to convert the exported .csv file from your Google Desktop Editor utility into our format and upload the converted data into your account for you. Simply send a support request email from within your account (via the “Customer Support” link), attach the .csv file to it, and we will handle the conversion/upload for you.
Please keep in mind that the keywords are subject to zero-search filtration prior to uploading as we will not upload keywords with zero search volume through spreadsheets.
Hope this helps (sorry for the late reply)

Seems par for the course when Yahoo is concerned.
It's not aimed at YahooSarah, Yahoo is just awful at dealing with large numbers of keywords.
Our Google account has a 1 Million keyword limit and we can call our rep when we need more campaigns.
Our Adcenter account reached 600,000+ keywords before the reps couldn't get it to accept any more.
Yahoo...
Just 12,000 keywords accepted from around 400,000! And we know they work (otherwise we would not have custom built a spreadsheet generator for YSM)
Yahoo also handles broad match really badly.
The annoying thing is that the terms that do work on YSM give us great ROI, we just want to spend more. Seems that having a personal rep does not help with YSM either. We had a Platinum or Diamond account status (can't remember which - but the highest one - which entitles you to a rep that deals with only a few dozen accounts) yet we still could not figure out how to spend more.
I really hope things change for the better. soon.
