I was and still am the only advertiser for a certain keyword. I used to show in the blue spot. Then for other reasons I had to lower my budget to like $5 daily. I have since raised it back to normal levels but my ad now shows only in the right position :( And I can't seem to get back into da premium. I really wonder what's going on?

Did this have to do with the budget? Did the algo for putting ads in the blue change? What in general puts ads in the blue?
