Just received an email from YSM in which :

Important Note Regarding Grandfathered Bids :
In addition, our current minimum bid requirement of $0.10 will be enforced after an account is upgraded. This will impact your keywords that are grandfathered to bids below $0.10.

Looks like they are cleaning up all those accounts that still benefit from 1c clickthroughs - mine included!

I have about 2k terms on 1c... still spending $20 a day. Guess that will all change shortly... better watch my budget as most of my terms I don't actually make a return on - just enjoy the user at 1c instead :)

Can we delay the upgrade on the account then?

1c cent bids....that goes back a long time then...

I have many bids at 5 or 6¢.

I guess I'll have to pause a bunch more when the change comes.

In many cases I'm the only advertiser.

I think yahoo are missing a trick classing so many keywords out of the market. 10p in the uk is way too high for loads of search inventory.
