I'm in two halfs about whether to send off and participate in the "right to additonal review of my yahoo acccount" form for the 20th Nov '06.

Does anyone think its worth it, i.e. even worth paying for recorded mail (international in this case)? Anyone else doing it? Will it be necessary to prove that clicks wre fraudantlent?

It appears that pariticpating will confirm that all other rights against yahoo in this matter are waived.

Also i presume as it is being "settled" that there is no charge for checkmate/yahoo lawyers fees if i do this?
