"Sponsor Results" boxes about listings?

How do I get my sponsored search from YSM to appear in those blue boxes above the listings, rather than down the right side column.

1st position is the highest bid. Check the bid prices and outbid your competition.

I can already get a top bid with no problem which shows as top in the right hand column.

The question was how to get my ad to appear in one of the blue box above the search results.

Look at "morgage", 4 ads in the blue box, and lots down the right side.

Look at "warcraft", 0 ads, no blue box, and lots down the right side.

Look at "used hotrods", 2 ads in the blue box, and lots down the right side.
