.... I just received a call from YSM inquiring about my inquiry? I already have a YSM account and have since GoTo......

1 I have never inquired about YSM

2 I've only ever asked them to add an account for me to manage

3 I had a major set to with them a few weeks back regarding being locked out of my Control Panel and having a client (of mine) take over the log in and consequently a few accounts were not accessible.

So why am I now getting cold calls? Desperate for $$$s?

Another thing STOP sending those mailers this is the internet isn't it?

Is my opinion right that serious balls are getting dropped and kicked at Y!?
