I'm about done with overture, they have been double billing me and will not answer my emails. I also hate that you cannot turn off the money and run out the amount in the account.

You can ask overture/ysm to set you up with prepay , thats what a lot of folk use, so you top up the account with like say £40, an not re fill unless you wanna spend some more.
mind you, if in any month you spend even £0.1, you must spend a minimum of £20. At least thats so for the UK
