Turning content off will not prevent your site from showing up on Yahoo "search partner" sites.

If you have a US account your ads also have no geotargeting. They will appear all over the world including Asia & South America.

I found it a little humerous after all the "dubiuos partner" comments in this forum that they had one comment that said "For a more detailed list, please visit our Distribution Network Page." but then didn't provide a link.

Probably just bad webmastering :-)
