Is anyone else having a problem reviewing billing history at YSM? I tried to access my July payments, and none of my accounts had data available. A telephone rep confirmed the issue, and offered to email reports (but not until next week). Has my primary account been singled out for catastrophic data loss, or is this a more widespread problem?
