Companies Bidding Twice on Keywords

Looking through one YSM account I have found two listings owned by one company, bidding for the same keywords.

One is for home users and one is for business users but they have virtually the same descriptions on Yahoo! and advertise the same products. I thought that a company could only bid once per term?

Also, I have seen the same for Ebay bidding twice but this may be due to affiliates bidding as well.

I have asked YSM to clarify the situation for me...

Yahoo has been looking the away when it comes to this behavior for at least a year and a half.

I first called them about this sort of thing 4 years ago. A competitor got three sites in to box me out of the premier spots. Despite sending Overture all of the whois info, nothing happened. They didn't care then and apparently still don't.
