Improving the number of indexed pages on Yahoo/Bing

My site has around 6000 pages and is up for just 2 months.

Google indexed around 5000 pages already, but Yahoo/Bing only indexed for 130 pages.

1. Is it normal?
2. Any hints to improve?

Sign up for a Bing.com webmaster account and submit a sitemap.

This has helped a lot for one of my sites.

After a time you may see hints of crawl errors in the webmaster view on Bing.com that you can address.

Already signed up and submitted. How long it take to have significant improvement for your site?

It varies - one site took a week; another took close to a month.
