YPN Impressed Me Today

I stickied the YPN support staff with a question about placing ads on a new website I have. Not more than three hours later my phone ringed and a YPN support person was there. He asked me to clarify my question then recommended I re-read the TOS in addition to answering my question.

Oh ya - he gave me the phone number to the YPN support organization in case I had another question.

Like YPN or not - they actually have human beings working there...

Maybe it's because all their staffs have nothing to do.

Judging from this forum activities, seems like YPN is not popular enough.

BTW, why YPN do not receive publishers outside US? Is it because their system can't handle it?

I assume the ratio of support to customers needing support is much better with YPN then it is with AdSense.

I've called them a few times for help. The same guy always picks up the phone on about the second ring (no computerized answering or options to select) and is very helpful. I think he is running the entire show ;o)
