If you could just improve your targeting, there are lots of publishers who would begin or increase showing your ads, resulting in more revenue for you.
Yes, I know you offer that custom targeting thing, but it just doesn't drill down far enough to provide specific ads for many people.
There are lots of people who would like diversify and are looking for good alternatives to AdSense. And it seems AdSense is currently having some problems that is further motivating publishers to seek alternatives to AdSense.
If necessary, spend whatever it takes to hire someone away from Google who knows how to get the targeting thing working better. You'll more than pay for their salary in short order with the increased revenue.
A golden opportunity awaits if you can just get the targeting to work better.
Sincerely,

P.S. Some of my friends might decide to add their own message to this thread so you'll know how much interest exists.
There is a real problem with targeting.
I have been using the Yahoo Publisher program and the ads displayed are so off target at times.
The system will correct itself for a short time
then it goes off target again.
I plan on sticking with Yahoo as long as possible, as the potentional for profit is grand once the system is running as it should.
I can tell Yahoo is getting close, it looks like the system needs a little tweaking. Good luck to the guys from Yahoo working on this project.
That, and the targetting are my major concerns.
I see it's the same old posts about relevancy...Well folks, you can only beat a dead horse so long before you just have to take your saddle off the horse and bury em...
I sleep better, my site is showing highly revelant ads with G and the clicking goes on and on...Visitors are happy, I'm happy.
So do yourself a favor, move on and don't look back...I did.
Maybe one day they'll....hummmm...never mind, they won't. :-)

Then after I emailed them that my info WAS correct, and that it was stupid to have to verify info if I was already LOGGED INTO THEIR SECURE INTERFACE, I was told that my I would not receive payment and would have to reapply the next month.
Two days later I received my payment THROUGH PAYPAL. Haven't heard boo from them since and don't ever intend to run their ads on my site.
While my distaste for Google runs deep, the mind-numbing follishness of the people at Yahoo is simply intolerable.
As a US publisher, I find it totally illogical to attempt to block other countries from seeing YPN ads. My content is for all ages and people of all walks of life as it helps to fulfill a common need that all living creatures on this planet have on a daily basis. Probably those on other planets too. That, and the targetting are my major concerns.
I'll just save myself time and second that entire post. I just was accepted and excited about it but I'm not about to fool around trying to block my non us visitors.
... and declining revenue per click. The new CEo have anything to do with this, trying to get the stock price back up? Who knows.
