Is it difficult to get approval for YPN?

How difficult it is to get YPN account? How long does it take?

As i know, YPN stops inviting a new publishers about 1 year ago.
I hope i am wrong ....

I have a low paying website that I'd like to try something different than adsense on. I applied last month- with a week to ten days estimated response time from Yahoo. Ihaven't heard back from them in a month now. After reading some of the trouble YPN has/gives, I decided I'm better off just sticking with what I have.
