How Many Canadians are interested in participating in YPN?

I'm guessing that I'm not the only Canadian who would like the option of participating in the Yahoo Publisher Network.

If there are others who have succeded, perhaps there is an avenue worth pursuing.

YPN is only available to people or companies who have a United States tax ID while in Beta.

There are a handful of Canadians in the program, most notably Jenstar.

Meanwhile AdSense has expanded again and now supports foreign-language sites written in Croatian, Czech and Slovak. Wonder when YPN will do that?
