Unable to change tax info.

I just moved and i was going to change my home address on my tax info and found out that it was locked.....emailed them and they said you have to now mail them your tax info in order for it to be changed.

annoying....

You must have read this on your YPN portal,

To prevent accidental modification, the Tax Information page has been locked from modification. If you need to change your business status from a sole proprietorship to a corporation, please contact Customer Solutions. Please note that a transfer of account ownership is not supported.
