The world is changing now and it was not like it ten years ago so yahoo can be just staying static. Beside, ypn has been all those years but does not get anywhere so why should yahoo keeping it that way.
Hopefully, with this new change, yahoo bringing in more positive side.

(perhaps this could be restated as "16 commanders".)
That doesn't seem quite so bad. It certainly isn't "50 VPs".
But it does seem top heavy.
I must be careful what I read and believe from the internet, without verification.

Google has 28 Vice Presidents. So it has to be something else.
Perhaps it's "corporate culture".
