Ads not showing

I had to remove ypn ads today... noticed they aren't showing on 1st visit to page... only show up if you do a refresh. MD, USA

I was having the happen on the 8th, but it stopped after an hour or so.

On top of that they display ads from blocked URLs. Looks like they circled around to 6 month ego only the payouts are not the same!
