"Google is going to have a problem because Google is only known for search," said Ms Bartz.

"It is only half our business; it's 99.9% of their business. They've got to find other things to do.

That's too funny. That's like saying 99.9% of Google's business is profitable and only 50% of our business makes any money. She wishes she had Google's problems.

They had one good quarter and already they're talking trash.

Whatever happened to Yahoo's version of Adsense? You know their comparable product to the one that makes billions and billions of dollars a year for Google?

I guess maybe Yahoo was just focusing on search instead. Oh, no wait, that's is going to Bing.

Note to Carol: Maybe the folks at Google figured out early on that being a jack of all trades and master of none isn't a stellar business model.

Carol is trying to play a mind game. Yahoo had the chance to be "google" in this stratosphere, they came before google. But they lost this chance because they focused on "other things" more than "search".
