Has anyone here gotten the USPS Electronic Merchandise Return API working properly? I've got the delivery confirmation and all of the others I'm using working fine, but I can't get this one to work... just keeps telling me there is an XML error, even when I use their exact sample code and swap out the username.

For security reasons I can't post the exact code here, but if someone has done this before maybe you can tell me what I'm doing wrong? The post office has been no help, been asking them since 7/22...
