I've got a requirement to serve a weather forecast within a current project. The forcast feed - for a location in the philippines - has to be free so I've gone to NOAA to grab the XML. I've been able to find the page on the NOAA site with the current weather conditions for the location I need, but it's just a display page - not the actual XML.

Nowhere on this page is a "see the XML version" or RSS link from which I can view the actual XML data or - more importantly - link my project to. Has NOAA somehow hidden this data? Is there a way to get to it?
