Google's Project Zero has published its latest Year in Review report of the previous year's 24 zero-day exploits with the objective of looking for trends, gaps, lessons learned and successes, with some being completely avoidable.
Zero-day exploits often reported on major browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, and that means the attack can exploit a very wide audience.
Examples are given, along with explanations of the vulnerabilities and even some which were discovered, but not in the wild, yet.
