Has anyone else gotten a (USPS) letter from the clowns at Art.com informing you that an "unknown actor had unauthorized access for 8 weeks (from 7/5/19 to 8/26/19) to an Art.com associate's corporate email account" which "contained emails with personal information attributed to employees and suppliers of Art.com"?

They go on to say "although we have no reason to believe that your information has been misused... we are offering you a complimentary one-year membership in Experian's IdentityWorks."

As I remember back around 2000 I signed up to be an AllPosters.com affiliate, which eventually merged with Art.com. Art.com then abruptly ended their affiliate program about 7 years ago, ending up just not paying many affiliates who were owed money as I recall. Other than that I have no idea why my name and address would be in Art.com "associate's corporate email account." However I think I did order a framed picture from them one time many years ago as a regular customer.

Apparently they just blasted out a letter to each and every person who had even a minimal connection to their company out of an abundance of caution (and possible help with their legal defense if a lawsuit ensues).
