Where was it that I read that people don't have a need for a product like an iPad?
I see no need for an ipad or even a smartphone.
You must not travel.
Handheld GPS navigation makes travel so easy it's silly.
Running out of gas? Add the gas station layer and plot a side trip.
Hungry? Add a restaurant layer and plot a side trip.
Need a grocery store? You get the idea...
I'd have to believe that those who can't see a use for an iPad / tablet simply haven't tried one.
Cases? Stands? you mean more just to buy? more junk to drag around? more junk to find places to store?
