How do you configure the OS (win XP Sp2 or Vista HP) to set the monitor resolution instaed of using DCC.

There was a post in April 2007 about a KVM swith changing monitor resolutions (and more annoyingly the placing of desktop icons). It was never resolved but someone made the OS configuraion point.

I have the same problem but have no idea how to configure XP (the other PC is running Vista Home Premium).

Latest Dell monitor driver is installed for both XP and VHP.
