New server for co-location. What hardware better?

INTEL CORE DUO... AMD Athlon X2 4600+ AM2

I need to set-up a server for co-location. I got a 4 offers from different companies. I need some advice which could be the best. Thank you in advance.

In the leapfrog game that Intel and AMD play, Core Duo currently has the upper hand.

If reliability matters, go with the IBM box, even though it's older technology. They are well-engineered, vs. the white-box goods that the host probably pays some kid to put together in the back room.

And, for a price, you can have an IBM tech on-site within 4 hours in the rare case that there is a problem.
