This is for some research I'm currently doing, but I was browsing various web host's VPS features pages. As I compared them, I noticed that most of them are just...completely different.

What do you look for when you're heading to VPS-land and what makes you happy to see in a bulleted list of "Here's what we've got in VPS"?

And most importantly, why are these things important?
