Hi

I need it to be a Windows-program, to be on top, like a widget, and to have keyboard-access.

Heard of a progam where you can make an app for ePhones sort of like in DreamWeaver, but that wasn´t for Windows too.

I know programming as a concept very well, but never used it much, so, if I have to go that route, I need to know

1) A simple Windows-framework program

2) How to give access to the keyboard
