With Parameters www.abc.com/ar?source_campaign=ar&medium=text&source=google_ads

In GSC--and probably other search engines’ Webmaster Tools--you can tell them which parameters to ignore. And you can always include a "canonical" among your metas.
When it's a case of
example.com/stuff vs. example.com/stuff?long-string-of-parameters
you can generally trust the search engine to recognize that they're the same. You only have to worry when you're on a CMS that returns identical content for
example.com/widgets/blue and example.com/blue/widgets
That's where a "canonical" might become important.
