Hi all!

I don't want to pay for cPanel anymore, so I'm looking for a free or low-cost alternative.

At the top of my list, there are VestaCP (vestacp.com) and Fastpanel (http://fastpanel.direct).
Both are free and they seem to be kind of equal in the sense of features they offer.
Demos for both Vesta and Fastpanel look great.
So I'm looking for any first-hand experience with their support and tickets.
If you've tried Vesta of Fastpanel could you please write a couple of words about issues you've had and how the support responded?
Any information would be deeply appreciated.
