Unoptimized URL Ranking for the Specific Query

Different url ranking for the keywords

I have an issue that the unoptimized URL ranking for the keywords in Google SERP. For example, I have optimized the homepage (https://example.com) for the keyword "mobile app development company" and the service page (https://example.com/android) for the "android app development company". But when we search for the query android app development company or android application development company on google, the homepage URL has been showing in the results. Our android page is showing when we search the keywords like android app development and android app development services. Can anyone help me to fix the issue?

Google is going to show you what they think you want to see based on your history and your habits, so if you want to know what other people are seeing you need to figure that out. Either by asking a lot of other people to report what results they are seeing and analyze that data or else analyze your own traffic. This can be frustrating because the tools for that do not easily supply the answers you seek.

Search results are not static nor universal. What I would see if I search for a keyword is very likely different than what you will see.

This situation is not uncommon though, and often is related to over-optimization on the "wrong" page that is showing up where you expect the other page to be.
