Since more than a decade, I use Google Custom Search for my web sites.
But I just discovered a disaster, I posted at Google SEO about this.
What free services would You recommend, to replace Google Custom Search?

There was a discussion this week on the same question, duckduckgo offers a free search with filters you can adjust. Details here: [webmasterworld.com...]
If you want to check it out, WebmasterWorld uses that as one of the dropdown options here for the search - in the upper menu bar.
